Client as the center of everything.




Who don´t smile when the baker gives your bread directly? Or when waiters gives us more sugar by themselves cause they know how we like coffee.

This is so commun for us, that we don´t notice. And it´s the best attention we could have.

¿Why?

Cause they know us. The person in the other side knows us. Perhaps they don´t know our name, but they know how many times we buy. How much money we spent. How many things we buy each time…

All this things become into an excellent costumer attention. And we can´t forget about all the knowledge we obtain to adapt our business to costumers. If we are successful, we´ll get costumer´s loyalty. Or like marketing people says nowadays “engagement”.

Knowing our clients we can connect easily to them. We can adapt our products and offer what they are asking for.

According to this we can group products in clusters for different targets. This clusters will be useful to unify ads, apply discounts… everything we can imagine to reach our big goals.
